Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping in Canada?

Yes. UNDRGROUND ATHLETICS offers free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $199 CAD. Orders under $199 are charged a calculated shipping rate shown at checkout before you pay.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship via Canada Post from our facility in Langley, BC. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Delivery time varies by destination — orders within British Columbia usually arrive fastest, while shipments to Eastern Canada and remote areas take longer.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. We ship across Canada and to the United States. International recipients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged when the parcel arrives in the destination country.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a Canada Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door. If you haven't received tracking, check your spam folder or contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

UNDRGROUND ATHLETICS accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

Which items can't be returned?

Sale items, punching bags (filled or unfilled), gym equipment and body protectors are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons. Pre-order deposits are also non-refundable.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

We replace items that are defective or damaged. For a size or colour exchange, email sales@undrgroundathletics.com before sending anything back so we can confirm availability and guide you through the process.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For items over $75 we recommend a trackable shipping service. Returns are sent to: UNDRGROUND ATHLETICS, 4876 196 St, Langley, BC V3A 7Z7, Canada.

We accept all major credit cards, popular digital wallets and Sezzle for buy now, pay later. All prices on undrgroundathletics.com are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Do you offer pre-orders?

Are your products authentic?

Yes — every product is 100% authentic. UNDRGROUND ATHLETICS is an authorized Canadian dealer and stockist for the brands we carry, sourced directly from the manufacturers or their official distributors. We never sell replicas or grey-market goods.

Which brands do you carry?

We are an authorized Canadian retailer for YOKKAO, BOXRAW, Hayabusa, Rival Boxing, Fly Sports UK, UNIQ and P.E. Nation, and we also stock Combat Corner, VIRUS, BAIN, Fight Cartel, GuardLab and more — covering boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, BJJ and premium activewear.

Do you sell women's activewear?

Yes. Our women's collection includes performance activewear from P.E. Nation, BOXRAW Women and Wicked Rose — leggings, sports bras, shorts, tanks and hoodies built for training and everyday wear.

Do you carry MMA and BJJ gear?

Yes. Alongside boxing and Muay Thai equipment we stock MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gear — MMA gloves, rashguards, BJJ shorts, spats and gis from brands like Hayabusa and BAIN.

Sizing & Gear Advice

What boxing gear do I need to get started?

Three essentials cover most beginners: a pair of boxing gloves (12–14oz is a versatile starting weight for most adults), hand wraps to protect your wrists and knuckles, and a mouthguard. A gym bag and antibacterial soap are useful extras. Our beginner glove guide and starter bundles make it easy to get equipped.

How do I choose the right boxing glove size?

Boxing gloves are measured in ounces (oz), which reflects padding rather than fit. As a guide, 12oz suits general training for many adults, 14–16oz is best for sparring and heavier athletes, and lighter gloves are often used for bag work. What's the difference between boxing gloves and Muay Thai gloves?

Muay Thai gloves have a more flexible, open design that lets you grip and clinch, which is essential in Muay Thai. Boxing gloves have a more locked-in, pre-curved fist shape optimised purely for punching. Many gyms allow either for general training, but choose Muay Thai gloves if you clinch regularly.

How do I take care of my boxing gloves?

Air your gloves out after every session rather than sealing them in a gym bag, wipe the lining and shell down, and use a deodoriser or glove inserts to absorb moisture. Proper care prevents odour and extends the life of the leather.
